A full progressive overload training program featuring live, virtual weekly strength workouts, focusing on upper body, lower body and core, as well as restorative yoga for recovery.  Modifications for all exercises are provided.  There is on demand access to the library of recorded workouts.  

Nutrition Coaching

 
Gain an understanding of foundational nutrition, learning how to plan, measure, portion and prepare meals to ensure balanced macro nutrition.  Learn how to fuel your body properly, while living harmoniously without restriction and guilt.  Overall, enjoy a balanced approach to whole food nutrition, while developing sustainable, healthy habits.  

Mindset Coaching 

 

Life coaching to provide tools and strategies for achieving individual goals.  Uncover the obstacles and barriers that get in your way and how to handle them. Uncover limiting beliefs and reframe your thoughts to step into your power.   Learn how to release the things keeping you stuck and create the life you deserve.

I was an elementary guidance counselor before staying home for 14 years to raise my two boys.  It was during this time, my love for fitness was born and taking care of my body physically and mentally became my method of self care.  My own transformation inspired me to pursue my passion and become a personal trainer. 

I am passionate about helping women realize being a woman and/or mom doesn't mean you have to put yourself last.  It's my mission to help women realize the number on the scale doesn't define your worth.  You can fuel your body without restrictions and find a sustainable way to live a healthy and happy life.
